Site Manager (Reclad)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee a £2 million recladding project in Kensington. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all site activities, ensuring timely and quality delivery of the recladding project. * Oversee the installation of cladding materials, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards. * Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site teams. * Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards. * Monitor and control project costs, reporting to senior management. * Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality standards. * Communicate progress and updates to clients and stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience: * SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in site management, ideally in recladding or façade projects. * Proven experience managing projects with values of £1-2 million. * Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, cladding materials, and construction processes
