Area Sales Manager - Construction Area - South West / South Wales * This Area Sales Manager role is a field sales account management role * Managing predominantly existing accounts you will call on Builders Merchants, Plumbing and Heating Merchants developing relationships at branch level. * Additionally, as Area Sales Manager, you will drive demand with sub-contractors influencing them to take-up products, building relationships and showcasing best in class premium commodity building products. * This role is a 70% / 30% split in favour of account management. * You will inherit an area that is established with strong pre-existing relationships in place. The candidate requirements for the Area Sales Manager * Construction sales experience * Either experience working for a manufacturer * OR experience with a merchant looking to progress into working with a leading manufacturer * Strong field sales professional from any industry will be considered The candidate package for the Area Sales Manager * £32,000 - £38,000 DOE * Bonus * Hybrid company car * 25 days holidays plus stats Ref: CPJ1686
