Site Manager – Construction - Solar Farm - Renewable Energy - County Kilkenny, Ireland – EPC - 12 Month Contract Job Overview: We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a utility-scale solar project in Ireland. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality project execution. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all site activities and ensure adherence to HSE standards and project timelines * Manage subcontractors and site personnel, driving performance and accountability * Liaise with project stakeholders including the client, engineering team, and procurement * Conduct regular site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager * Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality requirements, and regulatory obligations Qualifications & Experience: * Proven experience managing utility-scale solar projects * Strong understanding of civil, mechanical, and electrical installation processes * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Right to work in Ireland (EU citizenship or relevant permit) * Ireland-specific experience is beneficial but not essential Contract Details: * Contract Type: Freelance/Contract * Duration: 12 months * Location: On-site This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a major EPC contractor on a high-profile renewable energy project, either to gain your first experience in Ireland or to continue building on an existing portfolio.
