Senior Business Analyst We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead an exciting project at our manufacturing facility in Limerick. This role will focus on assessing and designing a replacement for the legacy "Scan to ERP" solution. The successful candidate will evaluate upgrade requirements and deliver a high-level design, cost estimate, resourcing plan, and timeline. Additionally, this role will provide general business analysis support to the Limerick site and potentially other regional locations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the assessment and preliminary design phase for the "Scan to ERP" replacement project. Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, cost estimates, resourcing plans, and timelines. Document and analyze current business processes (as-is) and propose optimized future-state processes (to-be). Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Recommend process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, senior management, and IT teams. Ensure clear communication to align goals and expectations. Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) across systems, technology, and processes to drive project success. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams. Background in manufacturing or distribution is essential. Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus. Technical Expertise: Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly legacy technologies (e.g., AS400-based solutions). Knowledge of RFgen mobile barcoding and data collection technology is desirable. Strong functional understanding of ERP platforms in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
