You will work cross functionally with stakeholders to build a high performing and accountable retail team. The role will be hands on, leading a region of around 30 stores in Surrey. Key areas where YOU can make an impact in role: Reviewing all store layouts to be more commercial and relevant to the local community Developing more premium stores and setting up outlets stores to sell through product in a more profitable way Review of store structure and team development to deliver best in class experience on the high street Review of stock movement and how we get the right stock in the right place to drive sales Communication and motivation for all retail teams, set the clear vision and bring the team on the journey Operations, best practise for stores to be more productive. Developing a strong operations team to support this Review of all ways of working and how we collaborate and work together as one team New opportunity in the long term- Ecom, Bought product & superstores Review of CAPEX and investment to get better return on investment Working with the property agent to review stores profile, new store opportunity and long-term growth Partnering with the other departments in the hospice to ensure retail has a voice Your experience & behaviours: Proven successful track record in retail management at head of retail or retail director level A strong understanding of high street retail (ideally fashion or Charity) Achievement of sales and profit targets Motivational & Inspirational leadership Ability to self reflect, strives for excellence, seeks to learn and grow Experience of performance management Resilience, a strong communicator, empathetic and compassionate Entrepreneurial spirt & commercialBenefits Holiday Pension Scheme Well Being Support Training and Development Travel LoanRetail Director | Surrey |£80,000 | Benefits Zachary Daniels is a Niche, National & International Recruitment Consultancy.
