The Behaviour Support Assistant role involves supporting children with additional needs such as ASC, ADHD, MLD and SEMH. You will be required to work with small groups and 1:1 with a range of ages and levels of learning. You will need to be able to adapt teaching styles appropriately to student s individual needs and interests to facilitate enjoyable and effective learning experiences.
