This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business delivering high-quality structural steel and bespoke fabrication solutions across the commercial and industrial sectors.

Known for their custom builds, meticulous engineering, and commitment to excellence, this team is looking for a top-tier Senior Fabricator ready to hit the ground running.

Whether you re building from CAD or working from drawings, you ll be taking ownership of projects both in the workshop and occasionally on-site.

If you're ready to step up into a lead role or already running a small team, this could be the perfect move for you.

As a Fabricator you will be:

• Confidently reading and interpreting CAD and Advance Steel package drawings
• MIG welding to a high standard, primarily in mild steel (with additional skills in stick, aluminium or stainless welding a bonus)
• Leading by example on the shop floor and supporting a small team when required
• Using fabrication machinery such as press brakes, band saws, and drills
• Maintaining excellent quality and health & safety standards, both in the workshop and on occasional site jobs

As the successful Fabricator you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a structural steel or heavy fabrication environment
• Ability to work independently, managing your own workload with minimal supervision
• Experience supervising or mentoring others in a workshop setting
• Confidence working from technical drawings and fabrication packs
• A full UK driving license is essential; site cards (e.g., CSCS) are highly desirable
