Sales Order Processor


We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Sales Order Processor to join our Customer Service Department in Leeds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing orders effectively.

Description

  • Process and manage customer orders promptly and accurately.
  • Manage key customer relationships and grow accounts
  • Ensure constant and efficient communication with customers regarding their orders.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Preparing and submitting customer quotations
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Update and maintain accurate order records in the company database.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all aspects of the role.
  • Collaborate with the wider customer service team to improve order processing procedures.

Profile

A successful Sales Order Processor should have:

  • A solid understanding of order processing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience working within an order processing role.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of database systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
