Location: Tamworth
Salary: 38,000
Hours: 40 hours per week

Are you an experienced White Goods Engineer looking for a new opportunity? We re looking to grow our Engineer ran company and want to hear from people with 4+ years White Goods Experience and CCN1. Become part of a young and dynamic company that values its people & customers equally.

The Role As a White Goods Engineer, you ll be responsible for repairing and maintaining a variety of multi-brand appliances, including:

Washing Machines
Tumble Dryers
Dishwashers
Refrigeration Units
Electrical Cookers

This is a field-based role where you ll deliver excellent service directly to customers in their homes. You ll work on industry-leading brands like Hotpoint, Indesit, Bosch, and Beko, ensuring first-time fixes and a high standard of care.
Key Responsibilities

Fault diagnosis and repair of domestic appliances.
Providing outstanding customer service in a customer-facing environment.
Meeting achievable targets for completion rates, first-visit fixes, and customer satisfaction.
