Preferred Experience:
Working with young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs. A background in outdoor education, coaching, or therapeutic support is beneficial but not essential.

Long Term Futures is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work in a specialist SEMH school catering to students aged 6-17 with SEMH, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), and additional learning needs . This nurturing and inclusive school takes a holistic and therapeutic approach, incorporating outdoor learning, sports, and practical skills to help students succeed academically and personally.
