About the Role:
Join as a Senior HR Advisor, supporting HR functions with a focus on
Employee Relations (ER)
and
Payroll
. Work closely with the Head of HR in a fast-paced, people-focused role.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
ER cases
(disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, restructuring).
Support HR
reporting, policies, and engagement initiatives
.
Liaise with payroll providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage benefits, recognition schemes, and colleague events.
Requirements:
5+ years HR experience
(ER & payroll preferred).
CIPD Level 5
(or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of
UK employment law
.
Organised, analytical, and proactive.
