Job Title: Country Manager - Ireland Location: Dublin Salary: €85,000 – €100,000 + 25% Bonus + Car Allowance Join an Ambitious, Growing Company Our client is expanding rapidly across Europe, and we’re looking for a Country Manager to lead and grow the operations in Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to make a real impact, managing all aspects of the business in the region. What You’ll Do: * Business Leadership: Own and drive the P&L for Ireland, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. * Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on achieving targets and growing market share. * Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base, including developing key partnerships and driving new business initiatives. * Marketing & Branding: Collaborate with the central marketing team to implement localized campaigns that strengthen the brand and boost customer engagement in Ireland. * Key Account Management: Own major accounts, ensuring long-term relationships, revenue growth, and high levels of customer satisfaction. * Operational Excellence: Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and optimise internal processes for the best customer experience. * Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights to leadership to optimise profitability and growth. What We’re Looking For: * Proven leadership experience, ideally in a senior management role within a commercial environment, knowledge of the construction industries with key contacts in this space is a must for this role. * Strong experience in sales and business development, with a track record of driving growth and market penetration. * A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and act decisively. * Strong financial management skills, including managing P&L and budgeting. * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with both internal teams and external stakeholders. * A collaborative approach to working across teams, with a focus on achieving shared success.
