Your Role & Responsibilities As our Homelessness Project Team Manager, you will: * Lead & Motivate – Inspire and support your team to achieve outcomes that prevent and relieve homelessness. * Data-Driven Solutions – Analyse housing trends and service performance to drive improvements. * Landlord & Housing Engagement – Build and manage relationships with private landlords to secure safe accommodation. * Financial Oversight – Monitor budgets, oversee transactions, and prepare reports. * Ensure Compliance – Maintain high standards in service delivery, adhering to housing legislation and safeguarding protocols. Who We’re Looking For * Housing & Homelessness Expertise or Sales – Solid understanding of the Homelessness Reduction Act, Housing Act, and welfare benefits or if you have led a Sales team * Private Rental Market Knowledge – Experience in securing housing within the private sector. * Team Leadership – Proven ability to manage, support, and develop a high-performing team. * Safeguarding & Compliance – Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies and health & safety regulations. * Relationship Building – Excellent skills in engaging with landlords, local authorities, and support agencies. * Problem Solver – Ability to work independently, think strategically, and deliver tangible results. * Lived Experience Valued – We welcome applications from candidates with lived experience in homelessness or resettlement.
