Role Overview: As the WFM Specialist, you'll manage workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and performance analysis. You'll ensure optimal resource allocation, track productivity, and collaborate with teams to meet business needs. Responsibilities: Forecast and plan workforce needs to ensure adequate coverage. Develop and manage scheduling strategies. Analyze data to improve workforce performance. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Management teams. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in workforce management (preferably within Rail). Proficiency in WFM tools and software. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
