Role Overview: As a Business Manager, you will lead business development efforts, foster relationships with property owners, and manage marketing and branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Engage commercial and residential property owners to secure new clients and build long-term relationships. Marketing & Branding: Lead marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness and attract clients. Lead Generation: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients to support business growth. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to offer valuable insights. Collaboration with Leadership: Work with the leadership team to align business strategies and achieve company goals.Ideal Candidate: Sales & Business Development Experience: Proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in property management or a related field. Marketing Expertise: Skilled in running campaigns across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Confident in managing relationships and negotiating with stakeholders. Organised & Target-Driven: Able to manage multiple projects and consistently meet sales targets.
