Your responsibilities and tasks: * Perform service and maintenance tasks and compile comprehensive reports on observations. * Conduct spare parts installation and service inspections following established procedures. * Travel for job-related purposes as necessary. * Execute investigations and troubleshooting as needed, providing written documentation of findings. * Execute installation tasks as required. * Perform testing and commissioning of equipment, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed. * Maintain safe working practices at all times and adhere to Health & Safety policies. * Provide continuous feedback on market conditions for overall business benefit. * Conduct all activities in a way that ensures the health and safety of oneself and colleagues. * Represent the company on-site with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. * Foster strong relationships with customers. * Contribute to business growth in line with specified targets. * Identify opportunities within the customer base for service sales. * Develop relationships with prospective customers to generate new business opportunities. * Your profile and qualifications: * Mechanical / Electrical engineering background * Previous experience in servicing / maintaining machinery. * City & Guilds 2079 qualification essential * Preferred City & Guilds 2078 (Ammonia) * Strong understanding of Industrial and Commercial Heating & Refrigeration * A high standard of technical expertise in various types of machinery. * Natural solutions provider. * Product/systems knowledge * knowledge of industry developments * Ability to build long term relationships Benefits Overtime Company vehicle 25 days holiday plus additional days for long service Private Healthcare Company pension Group income protection Employee discount scheme
