Based on site full-time in Canary Wharf you will be joining a friendly and professional team, providing a variety of secretarial and administrative support to the office. Key Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the office Assisting with client onboarding and maintaining accurate client databases Ensuring client documentation is complete Assisting in preparing financial documents accountancy software Handling telephone enquiries and delivering accurate messages Managing appointment bookings and scheduling Audio typing of documents and correspondence Managing incoming and outgoing post Supporting the team with virtual filing of documents Providing general administrative support Skills and Attributes: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proactive and efficient secretarial and administrative support Strong ability to prioritise a heavy workload and meet strict deadlines Proficient IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, including fast & accurate audio typing If you have recent secretarial and administrative experience and you are looking to join a well-established and growing organisation, this may be the next step for you!
