A Management Accountant is sought for a pivotal role in a medium sized company based in Bicester. Responsible for the Management Accounts, Budgeting and Forecasting, and Reporting. Client Details Our client is a medium-sized organisation looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join their Finance team. You play a pivotal role and be responsible for the Management Accounts, Budgeting and Forecasting and Reporting. Description Management Accountant responsibilities: Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Conducting financial analysis to assist in strategic decision making. Supporting the Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc projects. Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Working closely with non-financial departments to provide financial insights. Driving continuous improvement in the accounting function.Profile A successful Management Accountant should have: Proven experience in management accounting. Strong knowledge of financial systems and databases. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Job Offer An estimated salary range of £35,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience. Full benefits package, including health and pension.
