Role Overview: Run multiple projects simultaneously with full commercial control once live, with a goal of matching or improving pre-set profit margins, and building at the highest quality. Have an early involvement in projects to ensure prices/design are attainable, while also building rapport with the clients prior to projects going live. Experience: Proven experience delivering commercial fit out projects - ideally within D&B Commercial knowledge and the ability to work without a Quantity Surveyor Ability to travel around the Southern Regions for varying project locations Location: Berkshire Salary: Between £60-80k + commission structure (experience dependent) Ready to Build Your Future?
