Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to be responsible for the management of the service delivery. This is a key position in ensuring that all service and maintenance activities are delivered safely and in line with industry standards.

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing the performance of all maintenance and service-related operational obligations for different sites
Communicate issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner
Liaise with head of operations over budget management for the account
Production of performance reports
Undertake audits of medical equipment

The successful Operations Manager will have the following related skills / experience:
MHRA managing medical devices
Contract management skills
5+ years' experience in NHS / private healthcare
Expertise in at least one medical equipment modality
