Position: Multiskilled Joiner

Salary: GBP35,000 per annum basic

Contract: Permanent

Weekly Hours: 40

On-call: 1 in 5

Weekly standby payment: GBP150

Call out rate: 1.5

Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays

Our client, a Building Services Company is recruiting a Joiner to join their growing team based in Coventry. The role covers PPM's and Reactive Maintenance work across a small number of Leisure Centres all based in Coventry.

Given the specific nature of these buildings, the successful candidate will need to pass an Enhanced DBS check upon receiving a job offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct building Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
• Conduct building Reactive works.
• Utilise relevant experience in building maintenance tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant experience in building repairs is essential.
• NVQ Level 2 joinery
