We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recruitment Administrator to join a Human Resources team within the Not For Profit and Charities sector. The successful candidate will provide efficient recruitment support, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Our client is a reputable organisation within the Not For Profit sector and based in the Lewes area.

Description

As a Recruitment Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the recruitment process and liaising with hiring managers
  • Assisting with the preparation of job adverts and job descriptions
  • Coordinating interviews and responding to candidate inquiries
  • Performing administrative duties related to hiring and onboarding processes
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in compliance with data protection laws
  • Supporting the HR team with various tasks as needed
  • Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures

Profile

A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail
  • A proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

Job Offer

  • An hourly rate of approximately 13 - 14 per hour
  • 2 Month assignment with the chance for extension
  • Hybrid working
