Service Charge Accountant

Service Charge Accountant (QUBE) – London SE1 (Hybrid) – Up to £55k We’re working with a well-established Property Consultancy based in SE London, close to Waterloo. They now seek an experienced Service Charge Accountant (Qube) as follows: * Utilising QUBE to ensure service charge matters are up to date, accurate and reflective of actions taken * Carrying out the full range of service charge duties * Liaising with the Head of Property Management * Providing Accounting expertise and guidance in relation to complex budgets, client liaison, auditor liaison and staff training * Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory framework * Bringing about change if necessary to streamline process and provide clients/residents with the best service possible * 1 day home working offered to those who desire it The suitable Service Charge Accountant will have 5+ years’ service charge and Qube experience, a committed career history, and ideally (but not essentially) a relevant professional accounting qualification. Salary for the successful Service Charge Accountant will start around £50k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance
