A well-respected Asbestos company is seeking an experienced and professional Asbestos Consultant to join their busy outfit in the North West. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and a excellent client manner. The role will require candidates to discuss technical issues in detail with clients and providing updates on projects, so highly organised candidates would be favoured. You will be required to travel across: Preston, Blackburn, Lytham, Blackpool, Accrington, Burnley, Rochdale, Darwen, Bolton, Bury, Leigh, Ashton-in-Makerfield, St Helens, Skelmersdale, Ormskirk, Southport, Formby, Crosby, Liverpool, Ellesmere Port, Runcorn, Warrington, Lymm, Chester, Knutsford, Manchester, Stockport, Oldham, Huddersfield, Leeds, Bradford.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Will have a successful track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst / Consultant within a UKAS accredited company
- Qualified with the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent)
- Well-versed in HSG 264, HSG 248 and UKAS guidelines
- IT literate
- Strong written skills
- Experienced with handling client communications
- Professional manner

The Role:
- Undertaking the full range of Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys across a mix of industrial, commercial, local authority and blue chip client sites
- Safely collecting ACM samples from site to deliver to the laboratory
- Conduct 4 Stage Clearances as well as personal, leak, background and re-occupational air testing
- Ensuring removals projects remain within compliance and safety guidelines
- Working closely with a team of site operatives
- Writing detailed survey reports and discussing findings directly with clients
- Meeting clients on site to establish scopes for projects
- Maintaining high levels of customer service throughout
- Working to agreed timeframes and targets
- Contacting clients to arrange access for appointments
