Customer Service Executive


Our client is seeking a proactive and confident Temporary Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team for a period of 5 weeks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys phone-based work and is comfortable updating databases. Customer Service Executive Key Responsibilities: * Making outbound calls to clients to assess their interest in booking appointments. * Updating and maintaining accurate client data on the database. * Engaging with clients and prospects on LinkedIn. * Sending out sales information and follow-ups as required. Customer Service Executive Experience and Skills Requirements: * Excellent communication and telephone skills. * Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy. * Confident using LinkedIn and other online platforms. * Ability to work well within a team in a supportive and friendly environment. This is an ongoing temporary position with the opportunity to work in a welcoming and collaborative team.
