Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement service standards and procedures to elevate service delivery
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimise the service desk operations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, enhancing response and delivery times
• Tackle service problems head-on, resolving customer complaints with finesse
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management
• Design contracts for both end users and trade clients
• Instruct customers on equipment operation, care, and maintenance
• Work with the operations team for seamless service contract handovers
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

• A solid understanding of a busy service department, with the ability to implement effective changes.
• Collaborative spirit to work with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Engineers and clients.
• A passionate, enthusiastic leader ready to push the business into its next growth phase!
