Your Role & Impact:

• Deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations and industry standards.

• Lead and oversee the entire design process, from proposals to construction.

• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and company policies.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

• Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring seamless project execution.

• Drive innovation, keeping up to date with the latest design technologies and processes.

What We re Looking For:

• Keen eye for detail and drawing presentation

• Strong technical knowledge of construction / manufacturing practices (DfMA)

• Strong project management and organisational skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

• Ability to integrate design seamlessly with overall project objectives.

• Civils and structural experiance
