Job Title: Power Press Setter
Location: Redditch
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:15 PM, Monday to Thursday (4-Day Week)
Permanent Position - Immediate Start Available

Your Role:

Set and operate a variety of mechanical and/or hydraulic power presses
Carry out safe and efficient tool changes and machine setups
Complete pre-start safety checks and follow RoSPA/HSE safety protocols
Perform first-off and in-process quality checks using engineering drawings
Report machine or tooling issues to the maintenance team
Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with lean manufacturing principles

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience as a Power Press Setter
Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools
Mechanically minded with a strong attention to detail
A proactive, safety-first attitude
