This full-time, temporary role is based in a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Harrow. You will play a pivotal role in supporting children with ASD, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. As an ASD Specialist, you will: • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with autism. • Implement effective communication strategies and behavioral management techniques. • Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to ensure the best outcomes for students. • Adapt lesson plans to meet individual learning needs and encourage active participation. • Foster a nurturing and structured environment that promotes growth and confidence.
