Care Assistant

Role Responsibilities:

• Accompany and assist the client in their own car to Loughborough University Gym on Wednesdays and Thursdays .

• Support the client with food shopping, batch cooking and light housekeeping .

Schedule:

• Wednesday: Arrive at the client s home by 7:15 AM .

• Thursday: Arrive at the client s home by 8:15 AM .

Total: 16 hours per week .

The responsibilities and requirements of a Care Assistant are:

Personal care - most often dressing, repositioning, mobility support and tasks relating to and health and hygiene

Basic housekeeping and cooking or helping with mealtimes

Administering medication

Accompanying them on trips and offering companionship and support

Completing daily documentation of your visit on your smartphone.
