Sheet Metal / Machine Operative

My client is a well known Manufacturer with multi site operations around the UK. They have an opportunity to join their team on a permanent basis, based at their site in Northfleet. This role is days only and has opportunities for career progression. Role Responsibilities: * Setting, Minding and Maintenance Sheet Metal Machinery. * Manufacturing Sheet Metal Duct Fittings and Spirally Wound Tube. * Quality Checking Manufactured Goods and reporting any defects to management. * Maintain Stock Levels and recording use of raw materials and goods produced. * Housekeeping in the Production and Warehouse areas for health and safety. Skills/Experience: * Candidates need to be physically fit. * Previous experience of working with sheet metal. * Machine operating experience. * FLT Counterbalance Licence or previous licence and operating experience(preferred not essential)
