Senior Technical Coordinator

ACR are working with a privately owned, high quality house builder based in Hertfordshire who are looking to recruit either a Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Coordinator. Duties include: * Working closely with all disciplines across the business to ensure that new developments are designed accurately and value-engineered appropriately to ensure our sites are built out efficiently and cost effectively. * Assist in managing appointed consultants (incl. architectural & engineering, highways and sustainability/energy consultants) to prepare working drawings/specifications etc. * To an agreed programme, discharge NHBC Building Control conditions * Attend project team meetings, design team meetings and other meetings as required. * Reporting directly to the Head of Technical. Experience/Skills required: * Highly organised * Experience working a Technical Coordinator role for a House Builder * Ability to run more than one project efficiently * Be collaborative To register your interest, please click and apply
