This is a tremendous opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive looking for fully remote (UK), flexible work. If you are a lawyer or Legal Executive, registered to practice in England and Wales and would like an income stream, this might be for you. Our client is an established commercial law firm. They are keen to add an additional resource to their team - specifically to provide legal advice to recipients of settlement agreements. You do not need to have specific employment law experience but should be familiar with dealing with individual clients and be IT literate. You must be available to respond to enquires during normal working hours though you have flexibility on when to conduct the advisory portion, subject to agreement with the client. This position could be ideal for someone seeking part-time / flexible hours. You will need to be based in an area with broadband and decent mobile coverage but your exact location is flexible. You must have the existing right to live and work in the UK without restriction. This is a fully remote role and can be based anywhere in the United Kingdom, though you must have qualified and been admitted to practice in England and Wales. You will be paid based on the number of settlement agreements you sign when our client receives payment. Many of the clients are large banks. In addition to the work the firm can pass to you, there is an opportunity to generate your own work and increase your earnings based on fees received
