I'm working with a beautiful, recently renovated village pub just outside Gloucester, and we re on the lookout for a passionate and reliable experienced chef to join their tight-knit team. This is a genuinely lovely site independent, community-owned, and run by a head chef who really cares about their food and their people.

The Offer:

• Salary Up to GBP38,000 Package depending on experience
• Tronc/tips on top paid monthly

This is a proper fresh food pub, focused on locally sourced ingredients and seasonal menus. There s strong kitchen leadership in place, and this role offers a great opportunity for a capable and driven chef to make their mark in a hands-on role, with support to grow and progress if desired.

You ll Need:

• At least a year in a chef role (CDP level or above)
• A full UK driving licence the location is rural
• Confidence to support and occasionally lead kitchen service
• An eye for cleanliness, prep, and kitchen standards
• A calm, positive energy and a passion for honest food
