Temporary Welder and Fabricator (8 weeks)

18.00 per hour plus overtime

Northumberland

We are looking for two welders and a fabricator for an 8 week contract in Northumberland to start on the 22nd April.

We anticipate this will last around 8 weeks with plenty of overtime available and expected.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing MIG welding to ASME standards
• General fabrication of tank and pipework
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Collaborating with production and engineering teams.
• Conducting quality checks to meet industry standards.
• Ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Time-served MIG Welder with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experienced fabricators
• Experience working with large scale pipework
• Ability to read technical drawings accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Benefits & Rewards

• Pay: 18.00 per hour plus around 12 hours overtime per week
• Hours: 38 + 12 Monday to Friday
• Contract: Temporary for around 8 weeks from 22 April
