Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Peterborough

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to support our customers with their troubleshooting on their products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support.
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues related to machine operation and control systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address complex technical challenges.
  • Conduct on-site visits when necessary to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Offer training and guidance to customers on products
  • Document all support activities, including issue resolution and service reports.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in technical support, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to diagnose software issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel when on-site support is required.
