Project Manager Construction

Job Title: Senior Project Manager Excellent Salary plus benefits Part of a fast growing UK utilities business, we are seeking an experienced construction Project Manager to lead large civil and electrical construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of major electrical transmission projects ensuring completion within budget, time, and to the highest standards of safety and Quality Assurance. You will have a good understanding of CDM 2015 regulations, excellent contractual management and change management skills. Managing sub contractors, overseeing site based construction projects, leading HSE and ensure that all projects are compliant and delivered to excellent quality. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the delivery of projects from inception to completion - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sub contractors and suppliers - Providing technical expertise to support the delivery, including Procurement and Programme; management of budgets and change events - Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations as Principal Contractor and full understanding of commercial and contractual aspects. - Managing and mentoring a teams, and construction managers Skills and Experience: - Degree in Engineering or related field - Ideally experience in electrical distribution and transmission build, or other Civil or electrical projects - Strong project management skills, with experience of managing relevant projects - Strong leadership and management skills If you believe you have the skills and experience required for this role, please apply with your CV..
