Field Service Engineer Bean to Cup Coffee & Vending Machines
Location: Birmingham, Leicestershire & Warwickshire
Salary: GBP29,000 - GBP32,000 + Bonus Scheme

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for great coffee and top-tier service? We re on the lookout for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. You'll be the face of our business, delivering on-site support and ensuring our coffee and vending machines keep brewing happiness across the Midlands.

Your Role:

As a Field Service Engineer, you ll:

• Diagnose and repair bean-to-cup coffee and vending machines at client sites
• Provide first-class customer service with a professional and friendly approach
• Travel across Birmingham, Leicestershire & Warwickshire so living nearby is essential
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Use our handheld system to manage call-outs and parts ordering
• Maintain a clean and positive company image at all times

What We re Looking For:

2+ years experience working with coffee or vending machines.

Strong background in electrical/electronic/plumbing equipment.

Previous experience in the water, coffee, vending, or gaming industries is a plus.

A self-starter with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Full UK Driving Licence (required).
