Join a well-recognised legal 500 firm in the West Midlands are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor/ Cilex to join their well-established team. The firm are open to looking at people ideally 1-2 PQE but will consider more experienced. Key responsibilities include managing a personal caseload of Commercial Property matters to include but not limited to: * Freehold Sales and Purchases * Property Development and Associated Agreements * Residential Development * Funding * Pension Fund Transactions * Landlord and Tenant matters * Agricultural/Rural Land * Title Investigation and Rectification * Clawback, Overage and Pre-Emption Agreements The firm offer a competitive salary and benefits package alongside a supportive and collaborative work environment.
