Yard Operative

Holt Engineering are working with a global, forward-thinking business based in Southampton . They are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join their team.

As a Multi Skilled Operative you will be supporting the production team by providing hands-on support.

This is a Permanent based position working Monday - Friday 45 hours a week.

The duties for the successful Multi Skilled Operative will include:

Reporting to the foreman for daily duties & job tasks
Lining & Insulation of container offices
Installation of floor vinyl
Trimming
Timber frame construction
Kitchen installation/basic carpentry
General fixing & Fitting of construction components
Forklift (preferable, not essential)
Assisting with manual labour duties
Final cleaning of units

To be considered for the Multi Skilled Operative role you must:

Hold a valid forklift licence
Hold a UK drivers licence
Previous experience in yard/container maintenance and repair
Handled hand tools and power tools

The Multi Skilled Operative role is paying 13 - 14 Per Hour
