Salary: DOE 32,000 - 60,000

Simpson Judge are proud to be assisting a full service legal 500 client of ours in their search for a new Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their well established team in their Tamworth office.

Our client is a Legal 500 firm with the ability to aid in the growth a development of more junior Corporate Solicitors as they look to continue to develop and become the best corporate solicitor they can be.

The ideal candidate would be a minimum of 3 years PQE and have prior experience working on:

Mergers & Acquisitions
Corporate disposals & exits.
Equity capital markets transactions.
