Job Title: Class 1 Driver

Location: Northminster Business Park, York YO26

Start Date: To be Confirmed - 10:30am for Health & Safety and Driving Assessment, with your shift starting the following day

Position: Ongoing work (Monday-Friday, various shifts available, start times ranging from 08:00 - 11:00)
Note: Not open on bank holidays

Job Description:

More Recruitment is seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 Driver for one of our clients located in York (YO26). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of driving experience and a clean driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Depending on the route, tasks may include up to 10 collections daily, or a combination of deliveries and collections, or shunting work around the yard.
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of Class 1 driving experience.
• Clean driving licence.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Complete health and safety assessment.
