Due to an internal secondment, this 12 month FTC is ready to be snapped up and if successful will provide you with an amazing career that will present you with many fantastic opportunities along the way. Thre is also a strong possibility of turning into a permanent position.

This is a core support role and as a Promotion Administrator, you will be an integral part of the team, providing support to a range of internal teams.

Daily tasks:

  • Ensuring booking forms for all promotional activity are completed accurately and sent to accounts
  • Organising and ordering merchandising goods for all shopper marketing activity
  • Booking of promotional space and checking of point of sale
  • Budget and tracker management
  • To process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Skills required:

  • Numeracy and attention to detail skills are essential
  • Timekeeping and organisation: ability to meet all deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Flexibility and perseverance: able to adapt approach depending on the situation
