Have the digital world at your feet
The FA is looking for a Digital Video Producer to conceptualise, capture and edit video content that aligns to FA Education's learning and coach development principles. The successful candidate will be involved in the full production process, creating dynamic, innovative, engaging video content for use across all of FA Education's digital channels.
What will you be doing?

Create engaging video content across a wide range of digital platforms with a high level of competence, using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

Plan, shoot, and edit raw footage into high-quality, eye-catching videos.

Ensure all videos align with FA Education's brand identity and tone.

Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborating with our creative team.

Film and edit for a variety of needs across the business.

Collaborate with external vendors where required to support with video production.

Execute additional tasks as required to meet The FA's changing priorities.

Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure that the highest standards of health, safety, and well-being can be maintained.
What are we looking for?
Essential for the role:
-
A passion for video production.
-
Media qualification or have previous experience in a similar role.
-
Proficiency in video editing software - Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

Understanding of pre and post-production processes.
-
Demonstrable experience as a self-shooting camera operator, ideally with experience of shooting sport - knowledge across a range of Sony video cameras.

Apply colour correction, audio mixing, transitions, titles, and visual effects.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
-
Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, video editing software, and emerging technologies to continually improve video production skills.

Flexible and reactive approach to working hours with some weekends and national travel required at times.

Ability to carry out work from height (elevated platforms).

Experience with motion graphics and animation - Adobe After Effects.

Organised with strong attention to detail.
Beneficial to have:

Knowledge and experience of graphic design and photography.

Proven track record in the design/implementation and development of resources in education or sport.
