CNC Laser Operator Location: Cork Salary: €15ph - €19ph DOE Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Contract Type: Permanent Syntech Recruitment are partnering with our client, a reputable fabrication company based in Cork, to find a skilled CNC Laser Operator to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing business that specialises in high-quality metal fabrication and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain CNC laser cutting machines to meet production schedules Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate cutting Conduct quality checks on completed parts and make adjustments as required Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Handle materials and finished products safely using a forklift Keep accurate records of production and maintenance Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and output Requirements Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines (e.g. Trumpf, Bystronic, or similar) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and teamwork skills Valid forklift licence (essential) Previous experience in a fabrication or sheet metal environment is preferred Why Apply?
