Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with several Secondary Schools in Burnley who are in need of confident and capable Cover Supervisors -individuals who can maintain a calm, focused classroom and ensure students remain engaged during lessons.

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials in the absence of a teacher

• Supervise and support students across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Maintain classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment

• Assist students with their learning and answer general questions

• Work across a range of subjects-no two days are the same!

We're seeking Cover Supervisors in Burnley who have strong classroom presence, excellent behaviour management skills, and the ability to contribute positively to each lesson. You might be:

• An ambitious graduate with a passion for education and some experience in schools or educational settings

• An experienced Cover Supervisor looking to bring your expertise to new schools

• Someone with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and engage students-even without formal teaching experience

This role is a brilliant entry point into teaching, and for the right candidates, teacher training opportunities may be available following a successful year.
