Our client makes a difference to families and children throughout Wales by supporting welfare and early years learning.
They develop and regulate these sectors in Wales, ensuring the workforce, industry improvements, data and research are enabled and supported. Through their quality assurance work, they support those in both education and practice settings, ensuring the highest level of training for the next generation of workers.
They are now looking for an Improvement and Development Co-ordinator to join them on a 12 month, fixed-term basis. This role is offered with flexible working options and our client will consider candidates as part of a job share.
You must be based in the UK to apply for this role and be able to visit the Cardiff and Llandudno offices when required.

The Role
As an Improvement and Development Co-ordinator, you will support a variety of improvement and development projects, project groups, networks and partnerships.
Providing a critical admin service, you will work in both English and Welsh, assisting with project development and delivery and playing a vital support role part in internal and external meetings.
Additionally, you will collect and analyse data, building recommendations for future objectives and priorities, as well as establishing and maintaining admin systems, procedures and databases.
About You
To be considered as an Improvement and Development Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Experience in business administration
- Experience providing administration support at meetings, including taking minutes
- Experience working both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the public sector
- Effective time and priority management
- Fluency in English and Welsh, including listening, writing and speaking
