Our client, a well-regarded construction consultancy, is looking for a Building Surveyor to join their growing Manchester team. You'll gain exposure to a variety of project types including fa??ade remediation, contract administration, and employer s agent work offering a strong platform for career development and progression.

In this role, you ll:

Act as Employer s Agent and Contract Administrator
Work on fa??ade remediation and inspection projects
Prepare surveys, reports, and manage project timelines
Liaise with clients and project teams across the North West
Use tools such as AutoCAD and maintain accurate technical documentation

What we re looking for:

Experience across building surveying disciplines
Ambition to achieve MRICS status
A proactive mindset and the ability to manage your own workload
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of the North West property market
Fa??ade experience is a plus, but not essential
