Handover Manager We have an exciting new opportunity at PCE for a Handover Manager to join our Construction Team. Our Handover Managers are responsible for project handovers and warranting that any associated grouting, finishing, mastic, and remedial works are completed to the desired standard. You will be the direct liaise with manufacture in relation to quality assurance of onsite product. You may also be seconded to manufacture to assist with quality assurance of units within our supply chain. EOT Reward bonuses are based on business performance Location This role requires the ability to travel and stay away. You will be predominantly site based for the duration of the project, with the requirement to attend our Head Office and manufacturing sites when necessary. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities including but not limited to: Quality Control Ensure that onsite grouting processes are followed, and quality of works is to an acceptable standard. Assist grouting teams to ensure product cubes are completed to the desired standard. Create and update the ‘Cube Test Register’. Check the positioning and presence of M&E elements within units. Ensure that the surface finish of units is to the correct specification. Raise and issue manufacturer defects, inclusive of an estimated time and motion. Management of mastic application inclusive of quality assurance. Management of project-based diamond drilling tasks. Snag completed works to ensure they are to an acceptable standard. Complete structural / cosmetic handover documents and issue to the client. Assist manufacture teams with quality assurance checking of units within factories. Report against programme to the Project team. Be responsible for plant and equipment. Leadership Briefing the site team as to daily / weekly activities and input to daily project de-briefs. Manage and lead on site finishing teams. Manage ER issues with your team. Direct on-site manufacturer finishing resource to complete tasks. Heath and Safety Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times Ability to create RAMS and addendums. Follow any temporary works guidance and guidelines. REQUIRED SKILLS Essential Requirements: CSCS card Full valid UK driving licence Computer literate Previous construction site experience Excellent communication and listening skills Excellent organisational skills Desirable MEWP for Managers SMSTS SSSTS First Aid at Work IOSH Managing Safely PASMA Face Fit Tester Accident Investigator IOSH NVQ Level 6.
