Job Duties: * Manage a caseload consisting of a wide range of commercial matters to include M&As, acquisitions, disposals, agreements and IP matters * Responsible for business development and client networking About You: * The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years PQE with experience managing a Corporate/Commercial caseload.
